We also provided the client with detailed technical documentation and video tutorials to assist their team in performing initial diagnostics and troubleshooting. To further address the client’s needs, we added a 15.6-inch modular secondary display, providing clear transaction details for customers. This secondary screen is designed for easy installation and removal, making future maintenance and upgrades simple.
Implementation & Setup
The installation process was smooth and efficient. The TC-TOUCH A9S units were deployed across Giant Supermarket’s stores with minimal disruption to daily operations. The modular design of the secondary display allowed for quick integration and adaptability as needed.

We successfully deployed 370 TC-TOUCH A9S units across Giant Supermarket’s locations. This deployment also marked the first use of dual 15.6-inch secondary screens in the A9S model, significantly improving the customer checkout experience.
