1、Cleaning the print head
The print head should be cleaned when one of the following conditions occurs in the printer.
(1) printing is not clear.
(2) printing of a page vertical column is not clear.
(3) paper feeding noise.
The print head cleaning procedure is as follows.
(1) Turn off the power to the printer, open the top cover and remove the paper, if any.
(2) If you have just finished printing, wait for the print head to cool completely.
(3) Use a soft cotton cloth dipped in anhydrous ethanol (it should be wrung out) to wipe off any dust or stains on the surface of the print head.
(4) wait for the complete evaporation of anhydrous ethanol, close the upper cover, retry printing.

2, 80mm small ticket printer sensor cleaning
When one of the following conditions occurs in the printer, should be cleaned out of paper sensor.
(1) printing process, the printer occasionally terminates printing, alarm paper shortage.
(2) the lack of paper does not alarm.
The paper out sensor cleaning procedure is as follows.
(1) Turn off the power to the printer, open the top cover and remove the paper, if present.
(2) Use a soft cotton cloth dipped in anhydrous ethanol (should be wrung out) to wipe off dust and stains from the sensor surface.
(3) Wait for the anhydrous ethanol to evaporate completely, close the upper cover and retry the machine.

3、Clean the print roller
When one of the following conditions occurs in the printer, the print roller should be cleaned.
(1) printing is not clear.
(2) printing of a page vertical column is not clear.
(3) paper feeding noise.

To clean the print rollers, proceed as follows.
(1) Turn off the printer’s power and open the top cover.
(2) Use a soft cotton cloth dipped in neutral cleaning agent (should be wrung out) to wipe off the surface of the print roller dust, stains.
(3) Wait for the cleaning agent to evaporate completely, then close the top cover.

Note
(1) Make sure that the power is turned off during routine maintenance of the printer.
(2) Do not touch the print head surface with your hands or metal objects, and do not use tools such as tweezers to scratch the print head, print rollers and sensor surfaces.
(3) Do not use organic solvents such as petrol or acetone.
(4) Wait for the complete evaporation of anhydrous ethanol, and then turn on the power to continue printing

Second, the method of removing the card knife

When the printer card knife, the printer cover can not be opened, the printer will be powered off and restarted, if the card knife did not return, you need to turn off the printer power, open the printer front cover (as shown on the left), dial the hand dial wheel (as shown on the right arrow position), until the cover can be opened normally, that is, to clear the card knife.
